This $325-million mixed-use development connects nearly four blocks of downtown Indianapolis. Circle Centre is a capstone to the redevelopment of downtown and is a strong force in the economic development of the city. Circle Centre contains 1.4 million square feet of retail space, restaurants, nightclubs and underground parking spaces for about 5,300 cars. Unique to this project is the integration of 19 historic buildings.
