Bridgewater Lakes is a residential project that encompasses two parcels within the Bridgewater planned unit development in Westfield, Indiana. Eaton Investments hired BDMD Architects to create a land plan and landscape design that would include villas, garden homes and townhomes and integrate them into the existing development. The plan includes 56 villas, 34 garden homes and 77 townhomes. Landscape amenities include three community gardens, two water features, a shelter/overlook area, site furniture and pedestrian connections to the Bridgewater community trail system. All of the plan elements were designed to tie the various housing types together in a unified neighborhood.
