This 22-story luxury hotel and condominium tower is located in downtown Indianapolis next to Circle Centre Mall. The hotel has 230 rooms and 24 luxury condominiums, a ballroom, spa and restaurant. Parking for 159 vehicles is included in the design. The multi-use project includes adaptive reuse of the adjacent historic buildings contain back of the house support spaces, a boardroom and market rate apartments and also connects to the Artsgarden. This is the first new Conrad Hotel built in the United States.
