The New Orleans House property development is planned along Township Line Road in Indianapolis on the site of an existing restaurant surrounded by established residential areas. Eaton Investments retained BDMD Architects to design a community that would infill the site and complement the surrounding neighborhoods. The plan includes 78 rear-loaded townhomes with significant landscape buffering the site's perimeter. The landscape architecture amenities include a series of garden courtyards connected by pathways and a community greenspace with a gazebo for neighborhood gatherings.
