Mark Beer is an urban designer at Browning Day Mullins Dierdorf. As a child, Mark had a knack for drawing, creating and building ideas. He spent a semester begrudgingly in engineering school at Purdue University, but fell in love with design after sitting in on a Design Theory and Geometry course. Mark earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University. He loves landscape architecture because of the impact it has on our everyday lives. To him, being able to better people’s lives through the subtlest of design interventions and nuances is such a compelling and empowering challenge to undertake. He has a great eye for professional illustration. When he isn’t designing, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing the guitar, and working on fixing up his sports car.
