Hilbert Circle TheatreIndianapolis, Indiana

The Hilbert Circle Theatre stage renovation was designed to improve the acoustics of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra’s performance hall. The size of the stage was increased to accommodate more musicians and to create better on-stage seating for Symphony patrons. Sound reflectors above the stage, which were custom-designed to blend into the historic theatre, can be shifted aside for other types of stage performances. The sidewalls were designed to allow the stage to be custom-tuned and adjusted as needed. Construction on this project was completed in just 11 weeks.
